Apraxia Support Group

Asperger Support Group
An inclusive center providing free and comprehensive direct services to individuals with AS, PDD-NOS, HFA and their families.

AuSome Kids Day Program
A structured curriculum developed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), developmental delays, and other behavioral issues.

Consumer and Family Network
A state-wide organization dedicated to advocating for consumers to be included in decisions made about mental health services; to increasing the number of consumers and family members on mental health planning and policy boards; to creating visibility and understanding on mental health issues and acting as a clearinghouse on public policy issues; to educating legislators and elected officials on the impact their laws and actions have on persons with mental or emotional illness. Designer Genes
Provides support, information, education, and advocacy to families and persons with Down syndrome, as well as those supporting them, their friends, and professionals.

Family Voices of ND

A statewide network of parents supporting families of children with developmental delays, disabilities, and special health needs. Parents helping parents...it's a simple concept that works.

Talk About Curing Autism-TACA

Donated Dental Services in ND
A partnership between the ND Department of Health's Oral Health Program, the ND Dental Association, and the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped. Donated Dental Services is one of the nation's largest dental health volunteer programs. Individuals who need care can contact the Donated Dental Services Program coordinator at 866-572-9390. Dakota Medical Foundation Lend A Hand Program
An initiative to support and improve efforts to raise funds for individuals and families experiencing a medical crisis who live in Cass County, ND or Clay County, MN. For more information contact Jeana Peinovich, Program Director, at 701-356-2661.

Dynamic Needs Center, LLC
Offers a complementary alternative therapy that is new to the region. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy has been found to benefit a variety of medical conditions. For more information, please call 701-252-1462.

Experience HealthND Medicaid Health Management Program
Experience HealthND utilizes community based Registered Nurse Care Managers (RNCMs), a 24/7 Nurse Line at 866-435-4306, a program website, and information resources to assist select Medicaid recipients with asthma, diabetes, heart failure and COPD in managing their health conditions and accompanying co-morbid conditions. The program is free, confidential, and voluntary. Seven registered nurses located throughout the state meet with recipients face to face and by phone to provide care coordination, education, referral and monitoring to increase self-management and adherence to provider treatment plans. Family Voices of ND University
Online courses to becoming a mentor support parent and learning to be a health advocate.

KIDS Program of ND
An early intervention service providing home-based, family focused services. They help identify learning opportunities and provide support, instruction, information, and resources so parents and caregivers can help the child learn and develop to their full potential. The Fargo KIDS program also has the Region V Right Track program which provides developmental screenings to children under 3 in the southeast region of ND.

ND Association for the Disabled, Inc. (NDAD)
A non-profit founded by concerned citizens for the purpose of assisting people with disabilities within the state, many of who are not eligible for services from other agencies. NDAD provides information, referral and advocacy, and financial assistance for durable medical equipment, medications, personal care attendant, home accessibility, and out of town medical travel. ND Caring Program
Provides health coverage to uninsured children. For more information on this program, please call 800-342-4718.

NDSU Mentorship Program for Prospective Students with Disabilities
A summer mentorship program to encourage and prepare students to pursue a university degree in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) majors at NDSU. Red River Valley Dental Access Project
Urgent Care Walk-In Dental Clinic to provide immediate relief of dental pain to low-income patients.

Shriners Hospitals for Children®
Hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing pediatric specialty care, innovative research, and outstanding teaching programs for medical professionals. Children up to age 18 with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients' ability to pay.
