Impact Foundation is proud to partner with FirstLink to assist people in identifying and accessing volunteer opportunities. North Dakota and Minnesota rank in the top quarter for volunteerism by state! A 2010 study by the Corporation for National and Community Service ranked Minnesota #3 with a volunteer rate of 37.5% and North Dakota #12 with a rate of 33.6% compared to the national average of 26.8%.
