Tara is responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Chief of Staff through internal day-to-day operations, including managing meetings, executive calendars, and internal management support for partner initiatives. Tara joined the foundation in 2020.
Travis leads the foundation's membership program and works closely with our donor-advised funds and fiscal sponsor initiatives, helping to provide clear pathways to achieve the greatest impact possible. Travis joined the foundation in 2019.
Andrea coordinates daily operations for the foundation’s leadership, facilitates board and committee meetings, and events, as well as oversees grants and sponsorships. Andrea joined the foundation in 2016.
Cindy oversees the foundation's strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the executive director. Cindy joined the foundation in 2019.
Heather works closely with the Lend A Hand Up director, coordinating web logistics, social media, and administrative processes to support the expansion of the Lend A Hand Up program. Heather joined the foundation in 2017.
Michelle is responsible for managing the general accounting functions for Dakota Medical Foundation, Dakota Medical Charities, and other contracted affiliates. Michelle joined the foundation in 2012.
Britt is responsible for leading efforts to end addiction for the LevelUp and Mayors Blue Ribbon Commission on Addiction programs while improving the health and well-being of workplaces. Britt joined the foundation in 2019.
Sandra is responsible for maintaining the general accounting functions for Dakota Medical Foundation, Dakota Medical Charities, Impact Foundation, and other contracted affiliates. Sandy joined the foundation in 2014.
Mike is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, impact evaluation, board development, financial management, fundraising, and administrative oversight of the North Dakota Dental and North Dakota Optometric Foundations under the general direction of the board of directors. Mike joined the foundation in 2018.
Nate oversees internal and external communications for the foundation, including content creation, communications strategy, and media relations. Nate joined the foundation in 2018.
Kim works with the director of donor fulfillment, coordinating the donor management system, DMF’s membership programs, charitable and endowment funds, and donor relations. Kim joined the foundation in 2001.
Jeana directs the Lend A Hand Up program, which supports volunteer efforts to raise funds for individuals and families experiencing a medical crisis. Prior to launching the Lend A Hand Up program in 2008, Jeana served as the outreach coordinator for DMF’s Covering Kids & Families initiative. Jeana joined the foundation in 2003.
Cheryl manages our DMF Center for Excellence and Innovation. She greets our guests by phone or in-person and arranges event space for nonprofits, employees, and other groups. She joined the foundation in 2017.
Amanda supports the mission and goals of Giving Hearts Day. She assists with Giving Hearts Day logistics and works directly with charities to provide resources and help answer questions. Amanda joined the foundation in 2015.
Michael is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of DMF, Impact Foundation, and other contracted affiliates. He provides support to the board of directors and management for investment functions. Michael joined the foundation in 2013.
Pat leads the foundation under the direction of a community-based board of directors utilizing the High Impact Boards Governance Model. He also serves as Executive Director of the Impact Foundation. Previously he served as the Executive Director and CEO of the ND Workers Compensation Bureau and practiced law in Fargo, ND. He has served as a member on many boards of directors and volunteer committees across the region. Pat resides in Fargo with his wife, Jamie; their three sons, Patrick, Benjamin, and Jack; and two Labs and a Shih Tzu.
