Lana Foss

Administrative Specialist

Lana manages daily operations for the Foundation and provides administrative assistance to the accounting department. She joined the Foundation in 2014.

Andrea Feigum

Executive Manager

Andrea coordinates daily operations for the Foundation’s leadership, facilitates board and committee meetings and events, as well as oversees grants and sponsorships. Andrea joined the Foundation in 2016.

Heather Hanson

Lend A Hand Up Coordinator

Heather works with the Lend A Hand Up Director coordinating web logistics, social media, and administrative processes to support the expansion of the Lend A Hand Up program. Heather joined the Foundation in 2017.

Michelle Hogan

Accounting Manager

Michelle is responsible for managing the general accounting functions for Dakota Medical Foundation and Dakota Medical Charities and other contracted affiliates. Michelle joined the Foundation in 2012.

Sandra Knutson

Accountant

Sandra is responsible for maintaining the general accounting functions for Dakota Medical Foundation, Dakota Medical Charities, Impact Foundation and other contracted affiliates. Sandy joined the Foundation in 2014.

Mike Little

Mike Little

Executive Director, North Dakota Dental Foundation

Mike is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, impact evaluation, board development, financial management, fundraising, and administrative oversight of the North Dakota Dental Foundation under the general direction of the board of directors. He serves on the North Dakota Dental Foundation Board as an Ex Officio member.

Amanda McDonald

P5 Performance Content Manager

Amanda curates resources relevant to workforce well-being for businesses in the community. Her experience includes creating content for international health and pharmaceutical companies. She joined the Foundation in 2017.

Jason Orloske

Chief of Staff

Jason is responsible for managing DMF's staff and its high-performance culture. He oversees the execution of multiple strategic initiatives through goal setting, project management, and workflow. Jason joined the Foundation in 2018.

Kris Packer

Director of Corporate Partnerships

Kris collaborates with businesses to promote positive employee culture and is a resource for creating cultures of health, wellness and giving in the workplace. Kris joined the Foundation in 2017.

Kim Palm

Donor Impact Coordinator

Kim works with the donor impact director coordinating the donor management system, DMF’s membership programs, charitable and endowment funds, and donor relations. Kim joined the Foundation in 2001.

Jeana Peinovich

Lend A Hand Initiative Director

Jeana is responsible for DMF’s Lend A Hand Initiative, which supports volunteer efforts to raise funds for individuals and families experiencing a medical crisis. Prior to launching the Lend A Hand program in 2008, Jeana served as the Outreach Coordinator for DMF’s Covering Kids & Families Initiative. Jeana joined the Foundation in 2003.

Cheryl Poirier

Events Coordinator

Cheryl manages our DMF Center for Excellence. She greets our guests by phone or in-person, and arranges event space for nonprofits, employees and other groups. She joined the Foundation in 2017.

Amanda Sayre

Assistant Director of Giving Hearts Day

Amanda supports the mission and goals of Giving Hearts Day. She assists with Giving Hearts Day logistics and works directly with charities to provide resources and answer questions. Amanda joined the Foundation in 2015.

Michael Schumacher, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is responsible for the finance and accounting functions of DMF and Impact Foundation. He provides support to the board of directors and management for investment functions. Michael joined the Foundation in 2013.

Director of Employer Engagement

Andrew works with employers in the region to build healthier, happier and higher-performing work cultures. Andrew joined the Foundation in 2017.

Alex Steen

Accountant

Alex is responsible for maintaining the general accounting functions for Dakota Medical Foundation, Dakota Medical Charities and other contracted affiliates. Alex joined the Foundation in 2015.

J. Patrick Traynor, J.D.

President

Pat plans, supervises, and directs Foundation operations under the general direction of the board of directors utilizing the Carver Model of Board Governance. He serves as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the DMF board of directors. He also serves as Executive Director of Impact Foundation and previously served as the Executive Director and CEO of the ND Workers Compensation Bureau and practiced law in Fargo, ND. Pat joined the Foundation in 2000.

Deb Watne

Donor Impact Director

Deb manages our donor impact program. Her focus is on charitable and endowment fund development and donor relations. Deb also oversees DMF’s donor management system and membership programs. Before she was named donor impact director in 2015, Deb served as grants director for 19 years. She joined the Foundation in 1995.
